This Is Bridgetown

Our mission is to empower youth through discipline, confidence and life skills gained from the art of boxing. We strive to provide a safe and supportive environment where every young person can realize their full potential, both inside and outside the ring.

Beginner Boxing Classes

Our beginner boxing classes are designed for students with little to no experience who want to build a solid foundation in boxing. You’ll learn how to move like a fighter — including basic footwork, how to step forward, pivot, and move laterally with control. You'll practice the fundamentals — from the jab and cross to the hook and uppercut. We focus on skill-building and making sure every student understands the “why” behind each movement.

Intermediate Boxing Class

In Bridgetown’s intermediate boxing class, you’ll start to move like a complete fighter. You’ll learn how to apply your footwork with fluid combinations and maintain a consistent pace across all rounds. Rope work, endurance drills, and reactive mitt training are all introduced to develop sharper timing, rhythm, and stamina.This program is designed to make you faster, sharper, and stronger with every session.

Elite Boxing Team

Bridgetown’s Elite Boxing Class is designed for students who are fully conditioned and ready to train like fighters. Each session begins with a run, followed by advanced boxing drills — including mitt work, heavy bag combinations, double-end bag accuracy drills, and speed bag rhythm work. For those ready to take the next step, sparring is introduced with a focus on controlled, real-world application.
