Beginner Boxing Classes
Our beginner boxing program starts with the fundamentals — stance, footwork, and punch mechanics. Students learn how to move forward, backward, and laterally with control while building muscle memory through shadowboxing.
We break down the boxing number system (1–6) so students can memorize and recognize punch sequences with confidence. Whether it’s their first time in the gym or they're looking to build proper technique, this class lays the foundation for real boxing skill.
Intermediate Boxing
Our Intermediate Boxing Program helps students move beyond the basics and develop real ring awareness. Fighters start linking punches into combinations, integrating footwork and defense, and applying their technique through mitt work.
Each session builds endurance, sharpens timing, and strengthens mental focus — preparing students for real-time pressure and flow. Conditioning becomes more intense, and every drill is designed to build rhythm, control, and composure. This is where students begin to fight with purpose — not just movement.


Elite Boxing Classes
The Elite Team is built for athletes who are ready for serious training and real competition. Every session begins with a run and ramps into intense drills focused on timing, defense, combinations, and ring IQ.
